On Tuesday, July 12, STELAR hosted NSF Program Directors Robert Russell and David Haury for a Q&A session about the 2016 NSF ITEST Solicitation. Attendees asked questions about the ITEST program and proposal requirements, and made additional requests for clarification. This webinar was held as a follow-up to the informational webinar held on June 16.
