Welcome to the STELAR Archive

As the NSF-funded resource center for the ITEST program, STELAR is proud to have supported a national community of educators, researchers, and innovators advancing STEM learning opportunities for K–12 students and teachers.

From 2003–2025, Education Development Center (EDC) led STELAR’s work to amplify the impact of over 500 ITEST projects across the United States. Through technical support, synthesis and dissemination of findings, and broad community engagement, STELAR helped shape national conversations about STEM and ICT education.

This archival website preserves that legacy. Here you can:

  • Explore ITEST Projects: View the complete portfolio of funded projects.

  • Access Resources: Discover guides, tools, and reports developed through ITEST.

  • See the Impact: Review data, findings, and stories that highlight ITEST’s contributions to STEM learning.
