29th APS Annual Convention (2017)
DESCRIPTION
The 29th Association for Psychological Science Annual Convention will take place at the Sheraton Boston Hotel, Boston, MA, USA, May 25-28, 2017.
The convention formally kicks off with the Opening Ceremony and Keynote Address on Thursday, May 25, followed by a Poster Session and Opening Reception (but there are a number of pre-conference events, including workshops and the APS-STP Teaching Institute). The program continues with award addresses, two cross-cutting theme programs and poster sessions, and the Presidential Symposium on Friday, May 26. Saturday, May 27 features invited symposia, talks and addresses, a third cross-cutting theme program, poster session, award addresses, and the Bring the Family Address. Saving the best for last, May 28 is Symposium Sunday. Poster Sessions are distributed across all days of the convention, starting on Thursday, May 25 and finishing on Sunday, May 28. The Convention is preceded by the ATP-STP Teaching Institute, which begins on the evening of Wednesday, May 24 and runs through Thursday, May 25. Teaching Institute Posters will be scheduled in the morning on Thursday, May 25.
Poster submissions for the APS Annual Convention are accepted through Tuesday, January 31, 2017, 11:59 PM Pacific Time (GMT -7).
